Hassan is not just any realtor; he’s licensed in Maryland and Washington, D.C., and also holds a Home Improvement License, a Professional Engineering license in Maryland, and a General Contractor license in Washington, D.C. These qualifications are part of Amiricon Engineering and Amiricon Properties, showing just how versatile and skilled he is....Before starting his own companies, Hassan spent nine years gaining valuable experience in different workplaces. In 2013, he took some time off to think about what he really wanted to do. This break led him to start Amiricon Engineering, and not long after, Amiricon Properties and Amiricon Investments came to life. Each of these companies focuses on a different part of the real estate business, showing Hassan's wide range of interests and expertise.Hassan’s approach to business is all about putting people first and making sure everyone involved—be it investors, employees, or clients—feels valued and supported. He started out by buying, fixing up, and selling homes, making nearly 100 houses feel like new again.Working closely with over 50 investors, Hassan has shown time and again that he knows how to navigate the real estate market, even when times get tough, like during the COVID-19 pandemic. He’s shifted strategies when needed, always with an eye on creating stable, welcoming homes for people to live in.Looking ahead, Hassan wants Amiricon to be more than just a successful company. He wants it to make an uplifting difference in people’s lives, including those who work with him, invest in his projects, or find a home in one of his properties. By bringing a genuine sense of empowerment to his work, Hassan aims to leave a lasting, positive mark on the real estate industry.

With over five years of administrative experience, she brings strong organizational skills, attention to details, and a commitment to high-quality service. A multilingual sociologist with a Master’s Degree from the University of Geneva, Juliana adds a global perspective to Amiricon’s mission of delivering excellence across its property portfolio and empowering its clients from investors to tenants.
