Hassan Amiri is the Founder and CEO of Amiricon Investments, a Maryland-based real estate investment and management firm specializing in income-producing residential and commercial properties. Hassan holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and brings over 22 years of experience across research, teaching, engineering, construction, remodeling, and property management. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland, a licensed contractor, and a licensed Realtor in both Maryland and Washington, D.C., a combination that reflects his hands-on, vertically integrated approach to real estate. Before founding Amiricon, Hassan spent nearly a decade in engineering, gaining technical and operational experience that continues to shape his disciplined, systems-driven approach to investing. In 2013, he made a pivotal decision to step away from corporate life and pursue a path aligned with purpose, leading to the creation of Amiricon Engineering, followed by Amiricon Properties and Amiricon Investments. Over the past 12+ years, Hassan has led the acquisition, renovation, and management of more than 150 properties, evolving from fix-and-flip projects to a long-term, income-focused investment model. His approach emphasizes thoughtful acquisitions, quality renovations, and professional management to create stable, cash-flowing assets. At the core of Hassan’s work is a people-first philosophy. Outside of work, Hassan enjoys the freedom that real estate investing has created in his life. He traveled over 107 days last year and is passionate about exploring unique and lesser-known parts of the world, from Antarctica and Argentina to New Zealand and Norway, reflecting his belief in designing a life with intention and purpose.
